The brand new home is easy to access and has plenty of parking. There are two levels with living space, and a lower level where you have secure storage for bikes and gear. You will also find a bike workshop and bike washing station, making this the perfect spot for mountain bike enthusiasts. On the main entry level you will find the kitchen, living area, master bedroom and bathroom, dining and the living room with its electric fireplace. Step outside and enjoy the natural setting from the wraparound deck with its outdoor seating and gas grill. Upstairs on the top level are a guest bedroom, a bunk room, a game room and bathroom.  There is also an EV charger available onsite for charging vehicles.

Check out the large yard with its wood burning fire pit and surrounding woods. This peaceful natural setting is great for kids to play and explore, and can be a good place to relax and enjoy some peaceful solitude.
